5 Things: Rescheduled Meeting, eBooks, Finance Committee and More

A few things you need to know on Thursday, March 7, 2013, in Weston.

 

1. Sustainable Landscaping Techniques Rescheduled. This talk at the Weston Public Library has been rescheduled to March 14. This will be your chance to learn about what makes a beautiful sustainable landscape and how to get started at your own home.

2. eBooks at the Library. You don't have to purchase all the books your read on your eReader. Many book sare available to be checked out through the Minuteman Library Network. Check out details on the Weston Public Library website for more information.

3. Meeting Tonight. The Finance Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 7:30. Click here for an agenda.

4. Town Caucus. Weston's Annual Town Caucus is coming up on March 11. This will be your chance to select your candidates for the upcoming town election.

Thank you Brooklyn and Weston Patch for the reminder about borrowing library eBooks. On March 21, Weston Library will hold two sessions explaining how to borrow eBooks from the digital library. Anyone interested can call the Information Desk at 781-786-6165 for more info or to sign up.
