Half day for school kids, plus wreath-making at St. Julia's.
- Today is a half day for all schools. Elementary schools are dismissed at 11:30 a.m.; the middle and high school are dismissed at 12:45 p.m.
- The Weston Friends of Music are holding an attire sale today. This is your chance to purchase gently used items that you need at reduced prices and support our music program at the same time. Also during the sale, we will be collecting any concert attire that you can no longer use and are willing to donate for others to purchase. The sale runs from 12:45 to 2 p.m. in the middle school cafeteria.
- St. Julia's is holding a wreath-making event at 7 p.m.
- Department of Political Science, Boston College presents "Government And Megadisaster: Learning From Katrina," a talk by Professor Marc Landy. Reservations are required to attend.
- Boys hockey scrimmages Ashland today at 7:50 p.m. at the Rivers School.
