According to the Dec. 7 Wayland police log, a contractor working in the area of 2 Catherine's Farm Road called after spotting "a suspicious animal hanging from the garage" at about 5:45 p.m. Police responded to find an alpaca from a Lincoln farm hanging in a sling of sorts. It turns out the animal was undergoing therapy for an injury and was in perfectly good hands: http://patch.com/A-0pl9
Well, that's not a bathroom
Newton Police responded to Clearwater Road on Dec. 1 after a resident reported a large pile of human feces on her front porch. According to reports, the woman found the pile of poo around 10 a.m. and had to clean it up: http://patch.com/A-0jqd
An odd photographer
A woman who was walking her dog on Auburndale Avenue in Newton last week told police someone in a silver Mercedes-Benz slowed down in the street, pointed a cell phone at her and took a picture before driving away. The incident reportedly happened on Dec. 4 around 7:45 a.m. http://patch.com/A-0l8L
Never mind
Acton Police officers were dispatched to Massachusetts Avenue on Dec. 7 after receiving a report of a stolen car, a gray 2000 Chevy Blazer. After officers investigated, it was revealed the car was parked in a different spot: http://patch.com/A-0pnl

People park their car at the Cape Cod Mall. They go in one door, and after shopping, go out another door. They can't find their car and reort it stolen. Investaging police officer riding around parking lot, locates car, parked in same spot as before driver went into mall.
