Police Continue to Investigate Serious Motorcycle Crash

Several have reported a motorcycle crashed into a telephone pole on Chestnut Street yesterday afternoon.

 

Police are still investigating a serious motorcycle crash at 77 Chestnut St. from yesterday.

A motorcycle reportedly driven by a Regis College student from Braintree, according to an email from a reader, crashed into a telephone pole on Chestnut Street around 3 p.m. yesterday.

There were two victims in the incident, according to reports. One was taken to Newton Wellesley Hospital with what has been termed a “traumatic arrest,” and the other was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for what was termed a “trauma alert.”

Police were at the scene reconstructing the accident “several hours” after the crash, according to Weston Police dispatch.
