Annual Holiday Bell Ringing Concert at the Martha Mary Chapel
When/Where: Sunday at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Longfellow's Wayside Inn, 72 Wayside Inn Rd, Sudbury.
Why Go: Nothing says "Happy Holidays" quite like bells. Join the bell choir from Memorial Congregational Church for classic holiday songs in Wayside Inn's Martha Mary Chapel.

When/Where: Saturday at 1 p.m. at Whole Foods Market, 317 Boston Post Road, Wayland.
Why Go: You don't have to pack on the pounds over the holidays, but you don't have to deprive yourself either. Bonnie Morrissey, creator of Bonnie's Boot Camp, will offer some tips and tricks for staying healthy over the holidays.

When/Where: Sunday at 4 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 320 Boston Post Rd, Weston.
Why Go: You know you love the "Hallelujah" chorus. Enjoy the holiday classic and join the choir to sing along to the choruses from Handel's "Messiah."
When/Where: Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m. All performances are at Theatre III, 250 Central St, Acton.
Why Go: Four nuns, a singing priest and a few talented Catholic school children put on a Christmas ballet. The result? "Nuncrackers."
