Weston Boys' Ice Hockey Team Kicks Off Post-Season Thursday
The Weston boys' ice hockey team will take on Bedford Thursday in the first round of the MIAA tournament.
The Weston High School boys' hockey team earned a No. 8 seed in North Division 3 of the 2013 MIAA Boys Ice Hockey Tournament.
The Wildcats will open tournament play Thursday night in Watertown against Bedford, a No. 9 seed. The puck drops at 8 p.m.
The Wildcats finished the regular season with a 9-8-3 record.
The winner of Thursday's Weston vs. Bedford game will take on No. 1 seeded Lowell in the second round on Saturday, March 2 at a to-be-determined location. Lowell had a bye for the first round.
