Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, 16 single family homes came on the market and 11 sold*. This is the highest number of new and sold listings in a two-week time frame since last April. The good news is that the activity is happening at a variety of price points – a healthy market indicator. Our inventory (69) is up slightly since my last report (65), but it is down 20% from this time last year. We expect the number of properties to rise as we continue into these active months of the Spring market. And Welcome Spring, which officially arrived on Wednesday, March 20.
