Thomas Peacher ○      Whiz Kids' School: Weston High School ○      Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: Thomas Peacher, 15, just got back from the Bahamas on a trip with the New England Aquarium, in its second TURTLE (Teen Underwater Research, Training and Learning Expedition) program. Lisa Kojima ○      Whiz Kid's School: Weston High School ○      Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Kojima, a WHS senior, won an honorable mention and $100 in an essay contest sponsored by the Bill of Rights Institute. WHS Theater Company Whiz Kids' School: Weston High School Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: Not only did the theater company write its own play, "The Lie That Binds," it also won in a preliminary round at the Mass Educational Theater Guild Drama Festival at Attleboro High School this past Saturday, March 5. They go on to compete on March 19, when the high school hosts the semi-final round. WHS Girls' Basketball ○      Whiz Kids' School: Weston High School ○      Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: The girls' basketball team has won the Dual County League (DCL) title, beating Bedford. In the first round of the winter sports tournament, they beat Wayland and will go on to play against Pentucket Regional High School on Thursday, March 3, at 7 p.m. ○      Whiz Kids' Key to Awesomeness: The girls have excelled this year, with a record of 13-7 overall.
