BOSTON METRO KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY TO HOST ACCLAIMED INSTITUTE FOR LUXURY HOME MARKETING SEMINAR

(August 7, 2013 – Newton, MA) ---- Keller Williams Realty Team Leaders Aaron Lippert and Lynn Cohen will partner with theInstitute for Luxury Home Marketing to offer local real estate professionals upscalemarketing training  September 11-12 at Weston’s Henderson House.  The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the premier independent authority in training and certification forreal estate agents working in the luxury residential market or aspiring to work in the upper end niche. The two-day seminar is the first step toward earning the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and counts as 16 units of elective credit toward NAR’s Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The specialized training, hosted by Keller Williams Realty Boston-Metro Market Centers & Luxury Homes, is limited to the first 100 agents who enroll (regardless of office affiliation).

 

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing exists to help real estateprofessionals provide high quality service to luxury buyers and sellers - and in so doing, maximize their own success in the upper-tier residential market. The Institute also conducts high-end research and provides members with information and tools to be more successful. Agents who demonstrate skill in the million-dollar market receive added recognition as members of the Million Dollar Guild.
