Preregister for Oct. 29 Flu Clinic

Weston's Annual Flu Clinic will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at the Weston High School Cafeteria from 5 to 8 PM. Preregistration is strongly suggested to ensure that a dose of flu vaccine will be available. To register go to https://www.mylocalclinic.com and type in “Weston” in the “Filter by City/Town” field. Click “Register” to the right of the description of Weston’s clinic, then fill out and print the registration form. Please bring the print-out and your insurance card with you to the clinic. You will receive an email confirmation with a time slot assigned and links to any additional forms that you should fill out and bring with you to the clinic. Having all your forms completed will significantly reduce the registration process time. Please contact the Board of Health at (781) 786-5030 if you have a scheduling conflict and cannot come in at your assigned time, or if you have any questions about the flu clinic.
