Sound Healing Practice in Natick Sunday Afternoon January 19

Roots and Wings Yoga, 317 N. Main Street, Natick, is pleased and excited to welcome SoundScapers back this Sunday afternoon for another Sound Healing Meditation practice, from 4-6:00pm. Sound healing, which Dr. Oz calls 'the next wave' in healing, is a deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing experience. Participants lay on yoga mats and are bathed in the healing tones of the gong, the Bali Pan drum, chant, Native American trance drumming/rattling, the didgeridoo, and over a dozen quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. $25, space is limited so call 781.254.3239 today to reserve a spot. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided, or bring your own. You'll leave relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.
'Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and potentially develop illness. Stress and negativity create blockages of a healthy flow of energy...sound and vibration can be used to re-tune us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of Tibetan singing bowls. When there is deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward vibrational alignment with health.' Suren Shrestha, 'How to Heal with Singing Bowls.'
