Wayland Farmers' Market starts 10th season tomorrow

The Wayland Summer Farmers’ Market returns for its tenth season on Wednesday June 25th from noon to 5 PM and runs weekly throughout the summer until October 8th.  Located in the front parking lot at Russell’s Garden Center on Route 20, the market is a wonderful opportunity to meet and support local farmers.  In addition the market features a free activity for children aged 2-6 from 1-2 pm through the end of August.

Summer is a great time to introduce children to healthy eating and cook together as a family.  Enjoy fresh, local vegetables, fruit, cheese, eggs, meat, seafood, honey, baked goods (including gluten-free), jam, jelly, root beer, pasta and sauce, salsa, pickles, farm wine, yarn and dog treats. On the Edge Sharpening will be on hand to sharpen your knives, garden tools and scissors.
