Trick-or-Treating

When/Where: Friday evening in Weston and Sudbury.

Why Go: Don't let the freak snowstorm totally ruin your Halloween trick-or-treating fun. Officials in Weston and Sudbury postponed the annual candy-getting adventure until Friday, so dress up the kids and hit the streets. If that still isn't enough candy for you, in Sudbury, First Baptist Church Sudbury will host a Trunk or Treat event beginning at 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Price: The cost of the candy you'll hand to trick-or-treaters at your own door.

Weston Forest and Trail Association Walk

When/Where: Sunday at 1 p.m. beginning at Drumlin Farm, 208 South Great Road, Lincoln.

Why Go: The days are getting shorter, colder and less accommodating to walks in the woods. This weekend, though, is looking like a lovely fall weekend. The walk will begin on Mass Audubon land at Drumlin Farm and continue on a loop trail back to the farm.
