Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Weston Sales Associates Donate More Than $900 To Family Shelter
The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Weston and its affiliated sales associates have donated more than $900 to Pathways Family Shelter, a program of the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) that provides shelter for 14 homeless families. The donation was made through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable foundation, which is partially funded by sales associates’ donations.
“We are pleased to be able to provide this donation to assist homeless families. Unfortunately, there are many families that are struggling to make ends meet, and there is a great need for shelter and supportive services,” said Jeff Morgenstern, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Weston office. “We hope to continue to support SMOC and other organizations that work to so hard to provide critical services to individuals and families in need.”
The affiliated sales associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage have also supported Turning Point, another program of the SMOC that provides emergency shelter to single adult men.
The primary purpose of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is to provide financial assistance to housing-related causes in the communities where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has a presence. Employees and affiliated sales associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island donate a portion of their sales commissions or paychecks to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, which supports nonprofit organizations throughout New England. Since it was established in 2003, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares has donated millions of funds to hundreds of nonprofit organizations in the region.
