Leah McLaughlin named Director of Nursing at EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Weston

EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Weston has promoted Leah McLaughlin to Director of Nursing. McLaughlin will manage the nursing staff and processes, ensure compliance with EPOCH’s policies and procedures, and ensure a safe environment is maintained for EPOCH residents.

Prior to her appointment as Director of Nursing, McLaughlin served as EPOCH of Weston’s Assistant Director of Nursing for three and a half years, during which time she established a rapport with EPOCH staff, residents and their families. She also worked for Kindred for 17 years, and has more than 25 years of nursing experience.
