5 Things: Dance Classes, Meetings Today, Student Development Talk

A few things you need to know on Jan. 16, 2013, in Weston.

1. Intersection of Health, Biomechanics, and Education. The Tremont Forum will welcome Drs. Lydia Knutson and Charles T. Krebs as they discuss effects of brain development,  biomechanics, and the neuroskeletal system on students' academic performance, social skills, and behavioral regulation. All are welcome at this free discussion.

2. Children's and Teen's Dance Classes. Classes in ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop are being offered at the Recreational Center in Weston. Adult Zumba is also offered. You can sign up via the Town of Weston website.
