5 Things: Winterfest Reminder, Flu Prevention and More

1. Winterfest Reminder. The uncooperative weather has postponed Winterfest until Jan. 26. Several Weston300 events will still take place Saturday, but the events planned for Weston Town Green have been postponed.

2. Flu Shots. The Weston Board of Health still had about 40 doses of flu vaccine yesterday afternoon. The flu is bad this year, prompting a public health emergency announcement from Boston Mayor Tom Menino. If you haven't gotten a flu shot, there's still time.
