Five Things You Need to Know: June 12

Selectmen decide on deer hunting issue.

1. It'll be partly sunny with a high near 72 today, according to the National Weather Service.

2. The Board of Selectmen voted on whether to allow deer hunting on public land Monday night. Check back this morning for full coverage of the meeting.

3. The Weston Public Library is hosting an art workshop at 6:30 p.m. This is the second workshop in a two-part series and will explore color and combining off-press printmaking to create imagery.

4. A public meeting on the Case Campus Master Plan report will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Weston Community Center.

5. It should be a nice day for a spring walk. Seniors are invited to go on a guided walk around town. Meet at the Weston Community Center at 10 a.m.
