Five Things You Need to Know Today: April 29

Royal stamps at the Spellman Museum and an Iditarod dog will be visiting the Wayland library.

  1. It's Royal Wedding Day. Did you get up extra-early this morning to watch, or did you set the DVR? If you're celebrating, let us know what you're doing in the comments.
  2. To celebrate the wedding, the Spellman Museum has a special exhibit on stamps featuring William and Kate, as well as Princess Diana and Prince Charles. It runs today from noon to 5 p.m.
  3. It is supposed to be a gorgeous day today, sunny, with temps reaching into the mid-70s.
  4. The Friends of the Wayland Free Public Library host a this weekend, with a special preview for members tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. Not a member? You can sign up at the library starting at 5:30.
