Five Things You Need to Know Today: Dec. 28

A magic show, bet you can still recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and more for mid-week in Weston.

1. Keep the magic alive: Why not extend some holiday magic with the kids--at 10 a.m. at Country School, the Weston Community Children's Association (WCCA) will host a , a magician who entertains audiences of all ages with his unique blend of magic, comedy, origami, balloon sculpture and more. Tickets are $5 for WCCA members, $10 for non-members.

2. Focus group: Soon after school resumes next week, Weston High School will hold a focus group for thoughts and ideas regarding its social norms marketing campaign related to underage drinking. Parents interested in participating in the group can click here for more information.
