Heavy, Wet Snow Expected for Tonight and Tomorrow

The Weston area could see 3 to 4 inches of snow on Sunday.

The National Weather Service has put Middlesex County, which includes Weston, under a winter weather advisory from 6 p.m. Saturday night to 8 a.m. Sunday morning.

The NWS says that the rain currently falling Saturday afternoon will turn to wet, heavy snow around midnight and one to two inches per hour could fall.

"Wet snow and strong wind gusts will bring the potential for tree damage and scattered power outages. Untreated roadways may become snow covered and slippery," said the NWS.
