Patch Picks: Where to Get in Shape

Fitness training, yoga, orienteering and more.

Getting in shape is relative. Depending on who we are, how old we are and what our bodies need, we may step it up by indulging in fitness training or just by going for a 20-minute walk in the woods. Even within each of these activities there are different levels of difficulty.

Check out our short but wide-ranging list of local businesses that can help you establish a new active routine. These businesses provide classes to increase circulation, keep ligaments and muscles supple, and maintain a comfortable weight.
