VIDEO: Winterfest Comes to Weston

A sunny cold day saw quite a crowd gathered on the Weston Town Green for Winterfest.

Children darted across the Weston Town Green Saturday as popular music blared and people took advantage of all the activites Winterfest had to offer.

Winterfest was an event planned in celebration of the town's 300th anniversary and is just one of many celebratory events on the agenda throughout the year.

Children (and some adults) hurled down the sledding hill while others skated on one of two town green rinks. At various firepits, guests warmed their hands or charred enormous marshmallows for a sticky treat.
