[Update] Unlike her prognosticating friend Punxsutawney Phil, our local groundhog, Ms. G of Drumlin Farm in Lincoln, did see her shadow, forecasting six more weeks of winter.

Punxsutawney Phil will emerge from his underground lair at 7:20 a.m. on Feb. 2, and announce whether he saw his shadow, according to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club website.
