Some may ask why launch a new community theater now? Our experience tells us that there is no lack of desire to participate in theater and plenty of talent to go around in MetroWest. It provides a clear path to connecting with one another in an ever more disconnected world. Children in theater learn teamwork, creative expression and about presenting themselves in new ways. They also gain confidence as they learn life long skills for presenting themselves to others in both professional and personal situations. Adults, who are ever more strapped for time, can enjoy this outlet to reconnect with themselves, their own creativity and enjoyment - all while connecting with others in a meaningful, fun way.

The four founders of the group are: Nancy Bergstein, President & Artistic Director, Scott Cohen, Vice President. Jamie Levy, Treasurer and, Carole Ann Baer, Secretary & Choreographer. Each has extensive backgrounds in all aspects of the theater production.

“Having been part of musical productions in MetroWest for the past 18 years has convinced me that there is no shortage of people who desire to participate in high quality, musical productions,” said Bergstein. “Our hope is that our venture will provide a cultural legacy that will encourage many people to enjoy all of the gifts that theater arts provides.”
