Weston Drama Workshop Annual Meeting

Weston Drama Workshop's Annual Meeting will be held at the Weston Community Center (20 Alphabet Lane, Weston) at 7:00 p.m. on January 14, 2014.

This meeting is open to the public and all interested individuals and families are welcome to attend and learn about our community youth theater programs.  We hope to meet new and old friends of the Workshop, sponsors, supporters and past/future participants, including new families from Weston and all surrounding communities. The highly successful 2013 season will be reviewed and plans for 2014 will be discussed, including specifics on our five shows.  Come learn about What's New in 52:  Godspell, Stuart Little, Arsenic & Old Lace, Chicago and Two Gentlemen of Verona.

In 2013, over 150 cast and technical program members enthusiastically participated in Shrek, the Musical, James & The Giant Peach, Blood Brothers, Almost Maine and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.  Children and young adults grade six through age twenty-three are eligible to become Workshop members.  Adult volunteers are always appreciated.   Check our website (www.westondramaworkshop.org) for more information and registration details.  Auditions are in May; rehearsals begin in late June and multiple performances of each show are scheduled towards the end of July.  Rehearsals and performances are held at Regis College Fine Arts Center, Weston.
