Pinnacle Report for Weston MA Real Estate 2/18/2013 - 3/3/2013

All the latest on Weston's new, pending and remaining listings for the last two weeks - February 18 - March 3, 2013.

Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate, and the good news is that Spring has Sprung - at least from a real estate perspective.... In the last two weeks in Weston, 15 single-family homes came on the market and four sold*. From a new listings perspective, we can tell that the Spring market is here. This time last year, we had 12 new listings and zero sold, and yet our inventory then was 77% higher (84 vs. 65 now). The inventory shortage is a topic of much conversation, both locally and nationally, and we hope for continued new listings as the Spring market progresses. On a final note, our high-end properties, those priced above $2.5 million, currently comprise almost 40% of the active inventory.
