Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate 9/3/2012 - 9/16/2012

Before I begin my Pinnacle Report of Weston's new, pending and remaining listings, I wanted to share a bit of the New England Fall season with you - specifically our apple picking journey to Honey Pot Hill Orchards in Stow, MA. You can pick your own, like we did, choosing from such delicious apples as Gala, Empire, Liberty, Honey Crisp, MacIntosh and more. Plus there is fun for all ages, from hayrides and hedge mazes to farm animals and yummy treats. Just 25'ish minutes from Weston center, it's definitely a trip worth taking.

Now on to the business at hand.... We had a solid two weeks of market activity in Weston – eight single family homes came on the market, and six sold*. These are typical numbers for this time of year in terms of new and pending listings, and the activity is taking place at a variety of price points, which is always a healthy market indicator. Yet our inventory (77) is still low. Last year at this time, there were 96 active properties on the market. We eagerly await what this Fall market will bring, especially with regard to new listings, and we hope for continued strong selling activity.
