Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate, Dec. 26, 2011-Jan. 8, 2012

Happy 2012! I hope your holidays were festive, joyful, fun, peaceful and stress-free. We are now looking forward to a new year, one that we hope brings us positive energy, prosperity, good health, harmony, happy news and many successes.

And while we hope for all these positive things in 2012, let's turn our attention to the micro level and look at the real estate activity of the last two weeks in Weston, MA. Three single-family homes came on the market and two sold* during this time frame. The holidays are behind us, so we are setting our sights on the upcoming 2012 year. Our inventory (51) is the lowest it’s been since I started writing the Pinnacle Report two years ago. We expect this number to rise in the next few weeks and months as we enter into the spring market. And if the weather continues to cooperate, the spring market may be upon us sooner rather than later.
