Pinnacle Report for Weston Real Estate Nov. 28-Dec. 11

First and foremost, happy holidays! During these next few weeks, I wish you and your family the happiest of holidays. And I wanted to share some holiday photos with you, from my home to yours.

And now on to the real estate front ... in the last two weeks in Weston, two single-family homes came on the market, and three sold.*  With the holidays in high gear, the market is quieting down, so our inventory (63) has decreased again from my last report (79). In just over two weeks, we will say goodbye to 2011 and set our sights on the upcoming 2012 market. In the meantime, I hope you have a fabulous holiday season, and I’ll be back with my Pinnacle Report in the new year!
