Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, four single family homes came on the market, five sold,* and we have 75 remaining listings. To give you some perspective, this time last year, there were eight new listings, six solds and 85 active properties on the market. And so our inventory is down 12% this year from last. The summer is winding down, and the Fall Market, which traditionally begins after Labor Day, is quickly approaching. With it comes the promise of more new and pending listings….
