Friday, Sept. 2

2:07 a.m., 155 Chestnut St., suspicious activity. The building was checked and reported secure.

10:30 a.m., North Avenue and Conant Road, tree limb in road.

3:12 p.m., 56 Colchester Road, identity theft.

Saturday, Sept. 3

8:58 a.m., Recreation Road, report of trash dumping.

Sunday, Sept. 4

8:48 a.m., Boston Post Road and Center Street, road hazard.

8:23 p.m., 250 Boston Post Road, suspicious activity.

Monday, Sept. 5

2:01 p.m., 702 Wellesley St., suspicious motor vehicle.

7:06 p.m., 85 Love Lane, burglary from a motor vehicle reported.

In addition, the  arrested a local man Monday afternoon for three bench warrants that were issued by the Waltham and Framingham district courts.

Elias Benjamin Breit, 20, was arrested at his 208 Marlboro Road residence at 4:47 p.m.

According to Sudbury Police Sgt. John Harris, the warrant out of Waltham was for alleged crimes committed in Weston. Breit is charged with:

  • felony breaking and entering of a car at night (two counts)
  • receiving stolen property
  • larceny of a credit card.
