Lawyer Claims Police Misconduct In 2010 Regis College Murder

Judge has not yet ruled on the matter.

The attorney for a man accussed of murdering a Waltham man at Regis College in Weston in 2010 is claiming police mishandled the case.

According to an Associated Press report posted on Boston.com, the attorney for Robenson Daniel, a Boston, last week claimed state police prompted witnesses to give a certain answer during questioning. He also cliamed prosecutors were allowing witnesses she knew were lying to testify to a grand jury.

The judge has not yet ruled on the matter.

Daniel is accused of killing Elhadji Ndiayem, 18, of Waltham at Regis College in September of 2010. Neither man was a student at the college.
