Police Motor Vehicle Checkpoint To Be Held This Weekend

Don't drink and drive.

According to a Massachusetts State Police press release, the State Police will conduct a motor vehicle sobriety checkpoint somewhere in Middlesex County, which includes Weston, sometime today and running into Sunday. Police did not specify the hours the checkpoint will be in operation.

“The purpose is to further educate the motoring public and strengthen the public’s awareness to the need of detecting and removing those motorists who operate under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs from our roadways,” a press release from the State Police reads.
