Email Says Students Unharmed After Two-Car Crash at Weston High School

Accident occurred at 12:30 p.m. at WHS, say police.

An email sent to subscribers of the communication website westonGrapevine states that a car accident that occurred today at Weston High School did not result in injury.

As of 5:30 p.m., Weston Police were unable to confirm the nature of the accident, but did confirm that it occurred at about 12:30 p.m. at WHS.

Police also said one or more persons involved in the accident were transported to Newton-Wellesley for observation.

Initially, scanner reports indicated injuries resulted from the accident. But the westonGrapevine email, which was sent to subscribers at 4:42 p.m., disputes those initial reports, stating that "there was a small, two-car accident on Wellesley street. There were three students involved. All of our students, and the driver of the other vehicle are fine."
