Sentencing Delayed for Weston Real Estate Developer

Paul John McMann was convicted of wire fraud in April.

The sentencing of a Weston man found guilty of wire fraud has been delayed, according to federal court records.

Paul John McMann, a 54-year-old real estate developer, was found guilty of wire fraud in April after his firm purchased phony bank documents and used those to bilk money from residents of the Boston area.

McMann had been scheduled for sentencing on June 27, but that has been pushed back to Aug. 8 at 9:30 a.m. at the federal courthouse in Boston.
