Weston Police Logs: DUI Arrest

The following is a sample of the Weston Police logs.

Aug. 10

4:58 a.m. – Noise complaint on Bears Hill Road. Services rendered.

4 a.m. – Police arrested Alexandra Danielle Tuchler, of Wayland, 18, and charged her with driving under the influence alcohol and a marked lanes violation. She allegedly hit a parked police cruiser that was responding to a prior crash on Wellesley Street.

11:43 a.m. – Disabled car on Newton Street. Services rendered. 

3:13 p.m. – Car crash with injuries on Meadowbrook Road.

Police conducted six car stops.

Aug. 11

12:19 a.m. – Disturbance on Brenton Road. Services rendered.

3:28 p.m. – Police arrested James Ricciuti, of 680 South Ave., 17, and charged him with domestic assault and battery. A sibling reported Ricciuti struck her in the face.

5:10 p.m. – Animal complaint on Walnut Road. Services rendered.

Police conducted four car stops.

Aug. 12

8:02 a.m. – Disabled car on Boston Post Road. Services rendered.

9:25 a.m. – Mailbox damage on Hallett Hill Road. Services rendered.

5:18 p.m. – Suspicious car on Sanderson Lane.

5:21 p.m. - Car crash with injuries on North Avenue. 

8:01 p.m. – Dog complaint on North Avenue. Services rendered.

Police conducted 12 car stops.
