I think she is innocent. I also think Osama Bin Laden is alive and President Obama was born in Sicily.

Luca - I think you forgot to take your sarcastic pills today. Drinking & driving will not be "solved". I would start with harsher penalties. Second DUI is only a minimum of 4 months in jail and losing your license for 3 years. I would say minimum of 1 year (at least) and lose your license for life. DUI manslaughter is 1 - 10 years in prison. So you made the decision to drink and drive and then killed 2 innocent people (one of which is pregnant) and the max you get is 10 years? Yes, that makes total sense (I took my sarcastic pills).

Tommy--excellent. Im sure these women, got in the car, and asked each other "" what is the jail time for killing 2 people one of whom is pregnant? Oh? Only max of 10 years--lets drive!" Yes Tommy, you have thought this through very well. If one of them women had answered ( incorrectly) IT"S 20 years!! --they would have gotten a hotel room or stopped drinking earlier. (you should take smart pills not sarcastic pills. But Im not even sure then , it would actually help you understand how ridiculous your posts are.) (I want drunk drivers off the road--Tommy demands!! thanks dude-- . Do you honestly think anyone, including the families of the drunk women, think that what happened was right? Go and protest rape, and murder and drunk driving, and maybe earthquakes. All of them are bad. If we get guys like Tommy pointing stuff like this out --(its wrong , man!) that will help everyone on this blog to figure out what is right and wrong. I dont need pills, tommy. After you take a stronger dose of sarcastic pills (whatever that means-duh) give me a solution that will actually get drunk drivers off the road. Oh and...one more thing--- I think it's wrong to drink and drive. Does anyone have a different opinion (with or without pills)?

Luca, you seem very angry. Instead of ranting, what is your solution to alleviate drinking & driving? I have zero tolerance for idiots who drink & drive (especially a "mother" of 4 who drives to NYC and drives drunk home at 6 in the morning). I stand by my original post.
