WP: What are the most important issues in this year's Presidential Election?

NA: Most important issues are: Building an economy for all Americans to have a fair share, middle class security with a good education and quality health care. I believe that health care is a fundamental right and expanding health care access to 32 million Americans is an example of Democratic value. President Obama is working very hard  to get our economy back on track, creating 3 million jobs even though there is more to do. President Obama needs four more years to reach the finish line.

WP: What are some important messages the Democratic Party as a whole needs to get across in the upcoming elections?

NA: The Democratic Party is clearly sending a message that government is important to protect rights for the vast majority of the citizenry and that the Ryan sponsored budget proposal will be vey painful to the poor and elderly population. The Democratic Party is also fiercely addressing the middle class, health care, women's right, closing the corporate tax loophole for shutting American operation and shipping jobs overseas.

WP: What are some of the issues you are most passionate about?

NA: I am passionate about 99% / 1%. I think unequal distribution of power and wealth needs to be addressed for the overall progress of a country and its citizens. I am passionate to have a right foreign policy which can reflect our democratic values and create international peace. I am a follower of the motto: “Think global , work local.”

WP: Is there anything else you would like to add?

NA: I really want to see a first women senator from our state. Elizabeth Warren is the champion of consumer protection and tireless advocate for middle class and low-income families. I think election this year’s election will focus on class, race, and gender.
