Selectmen Support Deer Hunting On Public Land

Vote is 3-0 in support of Conservation Commission moving forward with deer hunting plan.

The Board of Selectmen last night, after a lengthy public meeting on the issue, voted 3-0 to move forward with the Conservation Commission's recommendation to allow deer hunting by bow and arrow on public land, as a means of controlling the deer population.
