"A feasibility study authorized by the Board of Selectmen in 2007 determined that replacing Weston’s Police Station is more cost effective than renovating the existing building.  The Committee’s work includes confirming the program and findings of the previous feasibility study, identifying site issues and opportunities, and studying the feasibility and desirability of constructing a Public Safety building, which would include some or all the operations of the central Fire Station. Residents who have knowledge of police operations or are licensed builders, registered architects, or engineers are encouraged to apply. All members will be involved in the process of educating the public on the need for this project.

The Weston Board of Selectmen will appoint a person to fill the position and is asking anyone interested in being considered to send a letter of interest with background information via email to selectmen@westonmass.org or by mail to the Town of Weston, Board of Selectmen, P. O. Box 378, Weston, MA  02493.
