Volunteers Needed for Weston's Annual Town Meeting

Weston's Annual Town Meeting requires a number of volunteers. Are you willing?

The Weston town moderator is seeking a number of volunteers to help out during the town's upcoming Annual Town Meeting.

A number of registered voters are needed to serve as tellers during the meeting. Those tellers step in to take counts when and if a standing vote count is needed.

"The warrant is likely to require more than one evening, so please consider which evening you are available as well as volunteering for multiple evenings," according to an announcement.

The Moderator seeks citizens (at least 13 years old) to serve as pages, managing the portable microphone, bringing it to town meeting members who cannot rise from their seats when they wish to speak.
