The Federation for Children with Special Needs presents a workshop on "Turning 14 - An introduction to the Transition Planning Process." The talk will address the IEP and the Massachusetts Transition Planning Form for students who are ages 14-22.
The workshop will be held at the Middle School Amy Potter Center.
