La Toya Rivers has been selected as new METCO Director for the Weston Public Schools and the High School Academic Liaison, according to the district's website.
Since 2007, Rivers has worked in the Lincoln Public School as its Academic Advisor for grades 5 -8, according to the website.
Rivers has a Masters in Education from UMass-Boston and a Bachelor's of Arts in Ethic, Social and Political Philosophy from the same school.
