Brownsberger Campaign Kick-Off: A Bike Tour of the 5th District

24 communities, 12 hours, 110 miles on 8/31

I’ve represented the people in the towns of Belmont, Watertown, Cambridge and Arlington as a state representative and state senator.  They are used to me letting them know what I am working on, asking them what they think and listening carefully to them.

In Congress, I’ll do the same for you. I’ll get to know you, and your neighborhood, and your concerns. I’ll represent you effectively, because I will work hard to know what you want from your government.  And I’ll keep you carefully informed about the work I am doing for you.

As a symbol of my commitment to representing the whole district, on Saturday, August 31st, I’ll ride my bike through every city and town in the district. I’ll start in Arlington Center and 110 miles later end where we started. I’ll be joined by friends, volunteers, people attracted to our different style of leadership, and I hope, some of you — join us along the route and let us know what’s on your mind.

2. Host a stop in your town. Email Andrew Bettinelli at andrewb@wb4congress.com if you’d like to organize a greeting party.
3. Sign up to ride a leg with me.  Hop on your bike and join me for a portion (or all!) of the 110 miles. RSVP to Andrew with the segment you intend to ride (route maps are below).

Ultimately, we will finish this sprint of a campaign by winning the October 15th primary election. Please mark your calendars to vote and consider supporting the campaign with a donation or by volunteering!
