Selectmen Award Fiske Law Office Lease to CampusTVs
Lease awarded to start-up company with Weston ties.
At its meeting July 16, the Weston Board of Selectmen awarded a 14-month lease of the town-owned Fiske Law Office space to a start-up company with Weston ties. The board voted 3-0 in favor of awarding the lease to CampusTVs, which rents televisions to college students. The space will be used as an office only, housing up to seven members of the business, said Michael Harrity, selectmen chairman. The term of the lease is from Oct. 1, 2012, to Jan. 1, 2014, pending site-plan approval from the Planning Board. Site-plan review is scheduled for Sept. 11, Harrity said.
