OMGPD: Guy Grabs Back Stolen Credit Card, Failed Shoplifting Scam & More

"Fooled you once..." A man was arrested at the Target in Watertown after he tried the same scam twice. He bought a blender, then took it to the parking lot and returned with the receipt. Then he took an identical blender off the shelf and left with it.
