The burgers at "the 'Chat" are legendary. Don't Miss: The steak and cheese egg rolls. They impressed Phantom Gourmet founder Dave Andelman so much, he sent the purple PhantoMobile to the 'Chat to film a segment. The Vibe: Neighborhood bar meets kick back and have a good time.
