If I may interrupt the fascinating if dated discourse above, thanks to the Patch for alerting me that Tom Tierny (R) and Ed Markey (D), incumbent, are vying for Susan Fargo's seat. It's so rare these days to see an incumbent running for an office the first time, and downgrading from the US to the State Senate as well.
