ReplyAnd check out the "Cruise to Nowhere" from Greenwich Harbor, a two-hour poodle around local waters. Ferry leaves from the Arch Street Dock and tickets are just $10. Beautiful and relaxing.

ReplySchool size doesn't necessarily make or break an academic experience. I went to a huge school and had small classes and attentive professors. In lots of the "big" schools — public or private — class size dwindles as the curriculum becomes more advanced, so don't make a decision based on the freshman lecture halls (you'll usually have an additional recitation for those classes anyway). It's the seminar size and professors in your major that really matter. I don't think having to "teach yourself," is a bad thing either. There should be an element of that at any college.
